Fibertex Personal Care is among the world's largest manufacturers of spunbond/spunmelt nonwovens for the personal care industry, manufacturing mainly diapers, feminine hygiene and incontinence care products.


HQ in Aalborg. Production in Denmark and Malaysia and printing facilities in Germany and Malaysia, and setting up production facilities in the USA.


Fibertex was established in 1968, and in 2002 Schouw & Co. acquired the shares. The Personal Care activities have been a part of Fibertex since 1998 and were in 2011 hived off as an independent portfolio company of Schouw & Co.


Mikael Staal Axelsen has been CEO of Fibertex Personal Care since 2008.
