Schouw & Co.'s shares are listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen under the code SCHO and with ISIN code DK0010253921. 

The company has 25,500,000 issued shares of DKK 10 nominal value, equal to a total share capital of DKK 255,000,000 nominal value. Each share carries one vote, and no share carries any special rights, no restrictions apply as to the transferability of the shares.

At least once a year the Board of Directors reviews the company's capital and share structure, giving priority to retaining a high equity ratio in order to ensure the necessary financial versatility. At its most recent review in December 2021, the Board of Directors found the company's capital and share structures to be appropriate and adequate relative to the company's plans and expectations.

Treasury shares

Schouw & Co. acquired 10,378 treasury shares in 2021. The shares were bought as part of the Group’s current share buyback programme, which allows for the purchase of treasury shares for up to DKK 350 million in the period to 30 December 2022. The share buyback programme is implemented in accordance with the safe harbour rules.

At the end of 2021 the company held 1,531,102 treasury shares, equal to 6.00% of the share capital.

The market value of the holding of treasury shares was DKK 871 million at 31 December 2021. The portfolio of treasury shares is recognised at DKK 0.
